We may collect information directly from you through our website, app, phone, WhatsApp, email, booking forms, driver application forms and customer support. We may also receive information from drivers, booking partners, payment providers, authentication providers or other service providers involved in supplying the service.

Some technology or cloud service providers may process information outside Australia. The countries involved can change depending on the providers used. Where the Privacy Act applies, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to manage overseas disclosure obligations. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
